All Profits from the August 2019 Event will be donated to Mind, the mental health charity


We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.

Because of Mind, millions more people have access to advice and support thanks to our information and services nationally and locally, in England and Wales.

Local Minds

Our local Minds support over 513,000 people across England and Wales. Their services include supported housing, crisis helplines, drop-in centres, employment and training schemes, counselling and befriending.


Although all the profits will be donated to Mind, we would like to give a big shout out to Studio Upstairs.

With branches in both Bristol and London, Studio Upstairs help people with mental health issues, by using art therapy and offering a free safe space for them to be able heal and recover.

There are many wonderful charities out there that are specifically aimed at helping anyone with any level of distress and anxiety.


Samaritans is available around the clock, every single day of the year, for anyone who is struggling to cope. You can call Samaritans for free from any phone on 116 123, email them at or visit to find details of your nearest branch.



A specialist counselling agency that supports survivors of childhood sexual abuse and sexual violence. Founded in 1996 Kinergy offers support through counselling for up to 24 sessions, group therapy, coffee morning support groups, psycho educational groups and specialist training.

Off The Record

OTR provides mental health support and info to young people aged 11-25 across Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Services are free, confidential, self-referral and provide a variety of support projects to combat mental and emotional health needs.

Formed in 1879, we offer a wide variety of support to help people deal with the personal and practical impacts of mental health issues.

Mental Health UK

Mental Health UK brings together four national mental health charities working across the UK. Rethink Mental Health, Support In Mind – Scotland, Hafal and Mindwise.

Mental Health Foundation

Dedicated to finding and addressing the sources of mental health problems. The creators of Mental Health Awareness Week, the theme of which for 2019 is Body Image – how we think and feel about our bodies.

A mental health initiative spearheaded by The Royal Foundation of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and The Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Time to Change

Time to Change is a growing social movement working to change the way we all think and act about mental health problems. We’ve already reached millions of people and begun to improve attitudes and behaviour.


Have you ever worked the streets? One25 can offer support with issues like addiction, housing, domestic violence safety and health. We offer confidential, women-only support for anyone trapped in or at risk of street sex-work.


Maybe Charity

Maybe is a mental health charity aimed at supporting those who are struggling to receive appropriate support from the NHS and unable to fund private psychotherapy.  We provide the necessary funding and fully qualified therapists, so we can offer access to high quality support for those who need it most.

Suicide Prevention Bristol

Clifton Suicide Prevention Team is a valued search and rescue service in England. We patrol Clifton on foot and by car to locate people at risk. Then we use our skills in crisis intervention to offer supportive listening to start a dialogue and to encourage more hopeful solutions than suicide. We work alongside local services and signpost people to where they can access support.
